We  hosted our first Trivia Night for members and dock customers and it was great! Tim Sokol, from A Venue Entertainment, was our host and provided a lively and challenging series of questions. We are really enjoying the sense of community developing through our event series!

We have just had unbelievable boating weather all month. The Lake has still felt relatively peaceful for boaters compared to past years and in particular, weekday mornings are just perfect for boat outings. The Freedom Boat Club members start hitting the water at 8am and those first few hours are marvelous.

In other good news, gas prices seem to be coming down and we were able to lower our price for the first time this year. Hopefully, that trend continues and boating becomes a little more affordable again the rest of the summer!
